The Jordanian Investors Association, at its headquarters in King Abdullah II Industrial City - Sahab, organized a workshop in cooperation with the Jordan Chamber of Industry and the Ministry of Labor, and with support from the "Our Succuss" Project, funded by the Danish Federation of Industries, a training workshop on new legislation, regulations, and instructions related to occupational health and safety. 


The workshop was opened by Mr. Saed Al-Jitan, Vice President of JIA, and he recognized the importance of following up on developments related to occupational health and safety for the industrial sector and its role in continuous improvement in performance and maintaining professionalism and safety at the same time.

The workshop covered many important systems, most notably the occupational safety and health system and the prevention of Occupational hazards in institutions, the system of medical, preventive, and curative care for workers in institutions, the system for forming occupational safety and health committees and appointing supervisors in institutions, instructions for classifying and determining the degree of risk of economic activity, and many other important issues.


This workshop comes within a series of events and activities through which the association seeks to keep its members updated with a comprehensive update to the industrial work system in all fields. The most prominent of which is the field of occupational health
