JIA organized a blood donation campaign

The Jordanian Investors Association (JIA) organized a national blood donation campaign from factories and industries to send to the Gaza Strip in July 2024.

This campaign targeted all workers in the industrial zone in the Sahab, Al-Mowaqar, and neighboring areas. The campaign continued for three continuous days, during which JIA equipped the main hall with all the necessary medical equipment in cooperation with the Blood Bank Directorate and Prince Hamzah Hospital.

At the end of the campaign, the number of blood unit donors reached 500 donors, and in turn, the association’s team took the necessary actions to send blood units to Gaza through the concerned authorities, as Dr. Haneen Hassouna, General Manager of JIA, stated that this campaign came to emphasize the solidarity provided by the industrial sector to the people of Gaza and that the association’s management is keen to provide all forms of moral and material support, which in turn enhances the role of the industrial sector in humanitarian issues.
