JIA Host BDC in Sahab

The Jordanian Investors Association (JIA) hosted the Business Development Center (BDC) at the association’s headquarters in Sahab to provide an introductory session on the most prominent programs related to employment support, vocational training, and competencies in the industrial sector.

The workshop, which was delivered by lecturer Fadi Odeh, introduced the importance of competency- and skill-based training in the industrial sector and its role in increasing factory efficiency, qualifying workers to high levels, and increasing their production capacity.

This workshop comes within a series of programs through which the association works to network factories with available opportunities to benefit from their human resources and work to expand opportunities for the growth of their resources.
