Employing Youth in Industrial Zone

International Islamic Relief Org, in cooperation with the Jordanian Investors Association (JIA), provided training sessions for all applicants to its program related to factory employment after completing all requirements for applicants and completing the employment stages. The 5-day training program includes many professional and technical skills necessary to join the labor market and keep pace with job requirements.

In turn, in cooperation with JIA, the International Islamic Relief Org provided sessions for applicants with both the Ministry of Labor and the Social Security Corporation to enable them to exercise their labor rights and know their duties and obligations to engage in a possible and healthy work environment.

It is worth noting that this program provided employment opportunities for youth in the industrial zone by financing 50% of their salaries from Islamic Relief for 6 months and contributed to integrating the local community with the industrial sector within the strategic vision that JIA is working to implement through its programs and projects with its strategic partners.
